This service includes:
- Re-polishing: Restore its original shine.
- Tarnish Removal: Keep it looking as beautiful as the day you received it.

Stone Inspection: Ensure the settings are secure and your precious stones are in perfect condition.
Simply ship your jewellery to us using your preferred method, and we’ll handle the rest, including returning your revitalised keepsake to you free of charge. For your convenience, please include a note with your order number, name and contact details.

PROVIDING THE ASHES AND OTHER INCLUSIONS
Once your order is placed, we'll dispatch an ashes collection pack to you via 1st Class Royal Mail (3-5 working days). Specifically labelled with your unique order reference.
This pack includes:
- RING SIZER to measure your ring size (in all memorial ring orders).
- A small spoon for you to collect required amount of cremation ashes or any other inclusions
- Special pot and a zip bag to place your inclusions.
- Order form to confirm your order requirements.
- Return address label
Rest assured, all packs are thoroughly labelled for precise order matching, and we return any leftover ashes or any other inclusions with your completed piece.
