BY ACCEPTING OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

You are fully responsible for returning your inclusion items to us and acknowledge that The Bloom Jewellery is not liable if the items are lost during transit.

Each piece is handmade, and the final colours or appearance may differ based on the following factors:

  • The type of jewellery setting the inclusion is cast into.
  • The specific inclusion items used.

For example, light colours such as white, grey, or very fine hair may be hard to see once embedded in the jewellery. Similarly, dark hair may not be as visible if cast onto a darker background.

If you choose to have ashes without added pigments, they may look different compared to other examples. Natural variation in the colour of ashes is to be expected, as everyone’s remains are unique.

The name and address provided at the time of your order will be the address your items are sent to. If you need to update this information after the order is processed, please contact us immediately through our website or email. You must wait for confirmation of the address change. If you relocate and fail to notify us, your parcel will likely be sent to the original address. In this case, The Bloom Jewellery cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. Likewise, if a courier service such as Royal Mail misplaces your parcel, we are not liable.

Should you accidentally damage your item, we are not obligated to provide a refund or repair. However, we are happy to assist where possible. Please reach out to us for support. This includes damage from chemicals, like hand sanitiser or perfume, which may cause the resin to develop cloudy spots. If resin damage occurs within the first year and it was beyond your control, we will repair it free of charge. The Bloom Jewellery is not responsible for damage to silver or stone settings, though these can be repaired by a jeweller. We also offer replacement chains for purchase. Additionally, our website features a service for repairs and restoration, allowing you to maintain the beauty of your cherished pieces.

If we do not receive your inclusion items within 6 weeks of placing your order, we reserve the right to deny refunds and may decline to complete the piece after that timeframe.

While we aim to complete orders within 2 - 4 weeks or less, some orders may take up to 12 weeks due to the personalised nature of our memorial jewellery. Thank you for your understanding.

We provide estimated completion times for each item in its description. These timelines may change due to delays from third-party suppliers or shipping providers. By placing your order, you acknowledge that delivery dates are estimates and that delays may occur. However, we will always do our best to meet deadlines for special occasions.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, and for any reason.
