The Bloom Jewellery is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, and we are proud to offer our customers both domestic and international shipping options. Below are the details regarding our shipping process:
Shipping Locations
- We offer shipping across the UK free of charge.
- For international shipping, costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that for specific shipping inquiries or to confirm international shipping options, you can contact us at: info@thebloomjewellery.com.
Shipping Methods
- Ash Collection Kit: Shipped via Royal Mail 48h Tracked Large Letter.
- Ready Jewellery: Shipped via Royal Mail Signed and Tracked for security and peace of mind.
Shipping Costs
- UK: Free shipping on all orders.
- International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional charges such as customs duties and taxes.
Processing Time
- Ash Collection Kit: Dispatched every Monday.
- Ready Jewellery (non-memorial): Dispatched within 5 working days.
- Memorial Jewellery: Created once we receive your inclusions, with a typical production time of up to 6-8 weeks. For 9ct and 14ct gold items, production time is up to 12 weeks due to the hallmarking process.
Tracking
- All orders include tracking to provide you with real-time updates on your delivery.
Packaging
- Ash Collection Kit: Securely packaged in a bubble envelope or cardboard flat box.
- Ready Jewellery: Packaged in a sturdy cardboard box with shredded paper and tissue paper for added protection.
Special Instructions
- A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.
- When sending ashes or other inclusions to us, please note that the customer is responsible for covering the postage cost. Suggested postage - 24/48h Tracked Royal Mail.

- While we strive to deliver your order on time, please be aware that delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions or customs processing for international shipments.
