Custom Orders (Including Pieces with Customer-Supplied Ashes or any other Inclusions):
Custom orders, including those crafted with your own flowers or ashes, are non-refundable. Due to the unique and personal nature of these pieces, they are tailored specifically to your preferences, making returns impractical.
