PROVIDING THE ASHES AND OTHER INCLUSIONS
Once your order is placed, we'll dispatch an ashes collection pack to you via 1st Class Royal Mail (3-5 working days). Specifically labelled with your unique order reference.
This pack includes:
- RING SIZER to measure your ring size (in all memorial ring orders).
- A small spoon for you to collect required amount of cremation ashes or any other inclusions
- Special pot and a zip bag to place your inclusions.
- Order form to confirm your order requirements.
- Return address label
Rest assured, all packs are thoroughly labelled for precise order matching, and we return any leftover ashes or any other inclusions with your completed piece.
