I first contacted Magdalena through instagram regarding a necklace I was curious about. Magda was very quick in her response and extremely helpful and attentive to my circumstances. She helped me with advice and what to do with great detail. The very next day I received the paperwork I needed and I have today received my necklace. I wasn’t expecting this until after Christmas so I am overjoyed I have my father back with me. The design is beautiful and she incorporated everything I’d hoped for. Including real bluebell petals. I can’t thank her enough for the service I have had and I couldn’t recommend her anymore to anyone looking for a real and authentic small business to craft something beautiful and memorable xx

My ring consists of fur from my two fur babies, I’ve had them my whole adult life so far. I lost the first one as I place the order and I lost the second one a couple of weeks before I received the ring.although the service was lengthy as it was made from complete scratch, I have received excellent customer service, with care and attention throughout the process from start to finish. I bought this ring for my mum, to have a keepsake of her sister.
My mum is over the moon with the ring. It comes beautifully packaged and the finished product is stunning. Communication with Magdalena was wonderful all the way through and she relieved any anxiety I had about sending the ashes.
The ring is already very special to my mum and any spare ashes were sent back to my mum packaged securely and beautifully.

The loss of our darling dog Luna was so heartbreaking. I hesitated several times before ordering a piece of jewellery as a memorial keepsake of her. How do you make sure that her memory is cherished. When Lunas ring arrived this week I was so moved by the care and attention taken by the packaging, the handwritten note and then I opened the ring box. The ring is more beautiful than I could have imagined. She was bi eyed so it captures the colour of her blue eye so perfectly. The ring arrived and it's lovely, although it made us emotional it's a lovely keepsake for one of our treasured furry friends who we sadly lost last year.
