PROVIDING THE ASHES AND OTHER INCLUSIONS
Once your order is placed, we'll dispatch an inclusion collection pack to you via 48h tracked Royal Mail (send out every Monday). Specifically labelled with your unique order reference.
This pack includes:
- RING SIZER to measure your ring size (in all memorial ring orders).
- A small spoon for you to collect required amount of cremation ashes or any other inclusions
- Special pot and a zip bag to place your inclusions.
- Order form to confirm your order requirements.
- Label with return address (the customer is responsible for covering the return postage).
Rest assured, all packs are thoroughly labelled for precise order matching, and we return any leftover ashes or any other inclusions with your completed piece.
